I filled it out as much as I could and wrote in all the boxes even where there was no change. Weeks later received a letter from Capita saying it had been passed to them. I feel sick that I might be called for a face to face assesment. I had one for ESA it was so traumatic that I have never got over it.
I'm afraid if you have told them that some of your limitations have changed then it is quite standard for a face to face assessment to be required.
Our PIP Claim guide covers the PIP assessment and the questions that you are likely to be asked.

I'm afraid that rather than simplifying the reassessment process this form has actually made it far more complicated.
