Letter from Capita! was created by Squirrel
I got PIP for the last three years then received the short renewal form, nothing has got better, mental health has got worse. I filled it out as much as I could and wrote in all the boxes even where there was no change. Weeks later received a letter from Capita saying it had been passed to them. I feel sick that I might be called for a face to face assesment. I had one for ESA it was so traumatic that I have never got over it.

I'm afraid if you have told them that some of your limitations have changed then it is quite standard for a face to face assessment to be required.

Our PIP Claim guide covers the PIP assessment and the questions that you are likely to be asked.

But I read on here that even if you put no change to everything it was no guarantee you wouldnt be called in.

I'm afraid that rather than simplifying the reassessment process this form has actually made it far more complicated.

I cant stand all this constant reassessment, I went throygh a year of wrangling to finally get ESA support group. If I didnt have mebtal health problems before I certainly woukd have by now. It never ever seens to end. They also lied about things I said at my fitness for work. I felt somewhat vindicated when it was reported on the news that they were ' actively deceitful' I didnt think anyone would believe it when I said they lied. I could hardly believe it myself. As for mist people being happy with the service!...no one has ever asked me if I was and the answer would have been a huge NO!
