Hello I don't know if anyone else has experience of what I'm going through, but I have been accused of benefit fraud. I was interviewed under caution by 2 fraud investigators from the DWP and after more than a year I appealed their decision which was turned down and now I am going to tribunal at the end of this week. I have previously been to tribunal when I won my award for DLA and again for my PIP claim but this time I am so scared. I can't sleep, I feel sick and I am just so scared of what is going to happen to me. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance.

I'm afraid there is little advice that we can offer based on the information you have supplied, all I can say is that appeal panel's tend to take a broader view of situations than the DWP do, so this may help you.
