home assessement

I called capita reference my assessment date as had not heard from them with up date. Was told I will be having home assessment but no dates available yet. How long will I have to wait as previous claim ran out on the 21st March and I have no money to pay for help. Last got payment on the 2nd March and thought I would have received 3 weeks payment on the 30th March as paid in arrears, nothing paid into my account.
