Hi, i have now compiled in rough form my mandatory reconsideration notes, and am going to type them out neatly in some sort of order. Is it best that I follow the template on Page 13 of the “ pip mandatory reconsideration and appeals submission, or is this just for appeal use after failure to overturn the original decision? If not and it is okay to use, will it be alright to reuse again to then go on to appeal if nesscary? I just want to put it all into some condensed easily read structure, that makes sense and that I don’t ramble on unnecessary, like I am now!

The important thing is to present your arguments in an organised fashion so that they are easy to read and more importantly, understand, the one in the guide is a good example for you to follow but if you have a better idea that works for you, then go with it.
