Don't want to go into too much detail, but i'm 52 married and Mrs will be coming to my interveiw with me, it's a must for me that i have a female doing the interview, can this be specified at any point on the application or prior to the interview itself, I'm happy to give reasons why on the application.

Include it in the other information section at the end of the form and when you receive notification of and assessment, phone the Assessment Provider and make sure that they are aware of the requirement.
