Ref. A young person been on interim ESA rate for almost a year. Med Services said they sent file back with advice that they need no more evidence not require in person health assessment.
But DWP (local office) cannot locate the file.
In real terms, med services saying should be in support group.
File may turn up, but my Q is if it isn't then surely the action of sending file back should be sufficient to play e her in sport group.
Just along in case has occurred before and what to be guarded against.
My perception is that it might be a nuisance to them if file remains unlocateable, but despite that there is clear indication in their own system she is eligible for the support group - which medical services agree is the expectation when no more evidence required.
I'm sorry but a DM cannot make a Decision on information that they do not have, the missing report needs to be found or a new one produced which might require a new assessment.
