At the moment my daughter is exempt from a non dependant deduction, if I dont win my PIP appeal she will have to pay £96.50 per week, we are meant to be changing over to universal credit later this year and I am getting confused about the non dependant deduction, I have read somewhere it mighty only be £73 a month, doe any one know if this is correct, thank you.
