can some body please help me as I use a wheelchair to go out as I can not walk and need someone to push me as to propel myself I get to out of breath. Yes I can plan a route either by car or by walking or public transport to actually do this i need someone with me to push me otherwise I would not be able to go out. How would you answer this question. your help is appreciated and needed i await your reply's many thanks Alan.
