permitted work rules was created by twinkerzzz
Hi
I'm on ESA and PIP and I've heard the permitted work rules changed this year. Do you have an updated section on these changes and any guide on managing permitted work ? I found an old B&W guide elsewhere (as i couldn't find one here) but it seems very out of date:
www.base-uk.org/sites/default/files/news/pwrules2004.pdf
I'm interested to know if the procedure for informing the DWP has altered from that stated in the 2004 pdf too. i.e. 'anytime before you stop work'.
thanks

The change was to remove the 52 week time limit on PW while in the WRAG, there are no other changes.

I think the amount you can now earn went up from £90 to £125 ? and there is no time limit anymore. But i'm a bit uncertain.

The earnings limit has been increased in line with the National Minimum wage for several years.
