Hi I had my reassessment 3 weeks ago, today I phoned DWP and asked if my ESA decision was through yet. The advisor told me a decision has been reached and I will remain in the support group. Is it usual for them to tell you this before the letter arrives
Congratulations on your staying in the Support Group. Well done.
The DM updates the ESA computer system as soon as the Decisions is made, it is made available to the call centre staff as soon as the system prints a Decision Letter, but it can take a further week or more for the claimant to receive the letter.
