PIP stuff that I can printout was created by mumsgirl
Hi there can someone please tell me where I can find all the stuff that I can print relating to claiming for PIP, anything that you think I may find useful. I was looking for the claim form and any notes on how to fill it in in particular but I can't find them (probably due to my brain fog!!) thanks in advance

Our PIP information is available via the Members Only Guides link on the left of the page, I'm afraid there is only a sample version of the PIP2 form from 2013 online, we do not host a copy of this, but our PIP Claim guide has links to it.
