Capability for work questionair was created by jbeacall
Just received pip decision transferred from DLA they gave me enhanced care and mobility ongoing. What does ongoing mean?
I now also have capability for work questionare to fill in as been in support group since 2012with no assesments. Will they be aware of my pip decision and are they likely to award the same or do they not take it into consideration at all? Will it be that I may get a lower award or even not get any award at all? Shall I just put the same answers as pip application as the questions appear very similar?
Regards
BJ

An On-Going award is as close as PIP gets to an Indefinite award, so congratulations and well done.
As to your ESA reassessment, They may use the report, they may not, it will dependant on whether the reason you have received your PIP award are relevant to your ESA claim.
Although there are some areas of crossover between ESA and PIP, even where there are the criteria is different, so I would be very cautious of just copying the information from your PIP claim on to your ESA50, at the very least confirm it's applicability with our ESA Claim guides.

A PIP report cannot substitute for an ESA face to face assessment, if you are to get a Paper Based review then it will be the totality of your evidence that will enable this if at all.
