I am going to be 65 in November when should i start applying for basic state pension ?I receive esa support allowance and get Dla middle care high rate mobility? Am still on DLA have not received application for pip. On my bank statement it says DLA. Please could you help.

The PIP transfer project is running at least a year behind schedule and probably a lot longer, you will still be invited to claim PIP even if you are over the age of 65 when your receive the letter.
