I recently had a PIP re-assessment face-to-face interview and the way I was treated was appalling and lead to me having a severe panic-attack and for the assessment to be cancelled. I now want to send a letter of complaint to the assessment service about the way I was treated and for the stress caused. Has anyone got suggests for a letter template that I can use? I have some ideas already, but would like to know what others have done. Many thanks, any help is much appreciated.
