I wonder if you could please shed light on what would happen n the following scenario.
Parents in receipt of ESA and CTC for younger child. Older child reaches age to claim ESA due to lifelong condition, still lives at home and now area has become fully live for UC. Can the adult child claim UC? AND what happens when parents are migrated to UC? can UC be claimed by two separate parties living in the same house?
The older child will be treated as an adult and is no longer part of the parents household, so they can make a claim for UC in their own right, In regard to ESA there will not be knock on effect, but there would for Housing Benefit.
