I have received a letter after filling in PIP form saying they have enough information and will make their decision. Is it a good sign that I don't need a medical or should I be worried about this.

It usually is. Expect a Decision in another 2-4 weeks.
There will still be an assessment report, you can request a copy by contacting the DWP office dealing with your claim.
