I remember you saying in one of your replies something about keeping a diary of a typical week (I think!). Why is it important to keep one (im too unmotivated to do it) and if I did manage to do it should I include it as 'evidence'? The thing is, I dont do much all week, im not motivated/can't be bothered. p.s is it wrong to write can't be bothered or does that just make you sound lazy
A diary will allow you to show how you are effected over a period of time, it can provide empirical evidence to a claim where there is only subjective statements.
There's no problem with you saying that you can't be bothered but you do need to explain why this is the case, what condition is causing this and when does it effect you?
