PIP2 form was created by Eve
Hi, my husband is being moved from DLA to PIP and we have received PIP2 form, when looking at the PIP self test this PIP2 looks totally different ! The answers on the PIP2 are Yes, No or Sometimes... is there an example or explanation on this site of how best to fill in this form. Sorry maybe I have just missed finding information , the envelope arrived late this afternoon with the PIP2 and we panicked when we seen it as this site was great when we last filled in DLA form as it looked like the self test
thanks in advance for any help
