Complaint about the DWP was created by CRD
I have just sent my PIP claim form in, and after a couple of days had an appointment letter come through for my medical.
There certainly wasn't time for them to study my claim form so I intend to put in an official complaint first thing in the morning.
I was awarded life time middle care and higher mobility.
The only thing is, if I do I know it will affect my claim and I will get no points for either category.
How can we fight these monsters apart from putting in complaints?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Making a complaint should have no impact on your assessment, it is a totally separate process from your claim.
I hope you will forgive me but I don't understand why you are considering a complaint at this stage of the process, I would not expect it to take more than a couple of hours at most to decide whether a face to face assessment was required or not.

I was told today by atos that the dwp don't even look at the forms or evidence that is sent in.
It is handed straight over to atos who dont look at it either.
They just set up a medical for you so they can give you you cant claim anything.
When I was young i was taught about right and wrong and what these monsters are doing is wrong.
Maybe you think they are right
Just google Greg Wood

A lifetime award at these rates is pretty good. A lot of people on here would love that kind of award. Well done for getting it. Are you sure you want to rock that boat?

No sorry, I missed out the DLA life time award. I was awarded that for many many many years of chronic illnesses both physical and mental.
Now DLA has stopped I have got to attend a medical interrogation.
I bet my life on the fact I will get nil points for care and mobility.
What I am “rocking the boat” about is my pip application form hasn’t been looked at, nor my pages and pages of evidence.
The first time they are studied is 5 minutes before the interrogation.
As I have said before this is nothing to do with illness or disabilities it is all about a group of monsters taking away money from the weak defenceless disabled and sick.
