Hello,
i am a bit confused could anyone tell me if i will lose any money from my enhanced employment and support allowance (support group) as i have just today received my PIP decision which has given me standard care and enhanced mobility, i was previously on high rate for both on DLA. The other question i have is if i ask for a mandatory reconsideration of the care element would it effect the mobility part of my award, it seems the assessor didnt report the letter i showed him advising i have been diagnosed with cancer and will need my bladder removed which will obviously mean i will need more help I did send a copy to the dwp and they did say they received it but there is no mention of this in the decision letter. I was awarded 9 points for the care element.......im sorry for being so long winded any help or advice would be appreciated thanks

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

From your post I can't see why your ESA would be reduced because of the PIP award.
If you ask for an MR then the DWP will review both components; Daily Living and Mobility, even if you ask them to only reconsider the DL element.
I'm afraid I don't think your letter will help. The DWP cannot consider matters that have not happened yet and you must have been suffering from a limitation for three months before it effects can be taken into account for an award.
