Carers Allowance - Question on the form was created by bbzpda
There is a question on the Carers Allowance form:

"Did you look after this person for at least 35 hours each week before the date you want to claim from?"

I'm wondering what they are trying to find out here? Maybe I am being too cynical, but is there a trap they are setting?
