Hi,

My ESA claim was closed due to failure to return form. Asked for MR, told new form to be sent out as can't make decision without form. Do you know how long I have to send in new form? is there a time limit because i've already asked for MR of decision? eg. 14 days or calendar month since asked for MR.
worried will try to get form in only to be told I'm out of time for MR and they've made decision and I'm back to square one. Are they required to accept my form?

Finding it difficult to know where I am with this situation, health going under with all the stress, would really appreciate any advice.

Did you make a new claim for ESA?

I would expect a return date to be included in the letter that accompanies the new form, if you want to get ahead of it then you can download a copy of the ESA50 from the following

www.gov.uk/government/publications/capab...r-work-questionnaire

I can't see how the ESA50 being issued can be related to your MR, they are completely separate processes.

I am a bit confused as to why a new form has been sent if your ESA claim has been closed.
