As your current award was made by the DWP, those assessing you should have all of the information from your previous assessment.
You need to send the test results to Capita as a minimum but I would also send a copy to the DWP.
You should be able to see your previous posts, oar at least the recent ones (we have a bug in the forum s/w), by clicking on your forum name as it appears in the forum, for example, to the left of your post above.
