I had my pip review assessment on the 29th may and received a letter 3 wks ago saying the had my report and that they would write to me as soon as they had made a decision , I rang them today and was told a case manager was still looking at it ? .dies anybody know if a case manager is any different from a decision maker ? Or is it the same thing ? .
