my partner is appealing against the dwp we have sent papers to the tribunal have heard back from them still wating on papers from dwp. with appeal forms sent medical evidence from specialist epilepsy nurse that looks after my partner. what other evidence do we send if any like diary of siezers and does the tribunal see all the papers we submitted to dwp in the first place for the pip.

It's not always a case of sending more evidence but rather making sure that you have shown that you have explained how you meet the criteria for an award.
I would go back to the PIP Claim guide, your claim form and the assessment report and make sure that you have properly explained how your problems mean that are unable to reliably compete the PIP activities on the majority of days.
