I am trying to fill out my wife/caree's PIP claim.I used this sites PIP Selftest but the answers on that are difficult to apply to the actual form as the questions are totally different.I am being treated for depression and wonder if I am seeing things correctly.We do have an adviser coming out to help but that is over two weeks away and after the forms are due in.
