New style ESA and Universal Credit

New style ESA and Universal Credit was created by kefkat
I am helping a person who has limited sight sort their Universal Credit. They had no idea until I got to know them that they are supposed to have completed a new style ESA form assessment (or someone who can fill it in for them as they can't) They have still not received the assessment form and they have been on U.C 7 months. This is ridiculous as they are losing alot of money. They didn't even know they were supposed to get a form.

If you ring ESA they cannot deal with you if you are on Universal Credit. Universal Credit work coach keeps saying they will chase it up and nothing happens. Has anyone any suggestions or a telephone no to get the form through as she is losing alot of money because of this?

Do you actually mean New Style ESA or what I will refer to as ESA under UC, as the two are separate benefits?

Whichever you mean, or both, then the same WCA assessment will serve for both.

Is the person submitting Fit Notes?
