Can you advise me please on my esa claim. April 2017 I completed a questionarre had f2f and was placed in the support group. Yesterday received another questionarre to complete. Nothing has changed since my last assessment. Can I complete the form with the same information again? Do I send the same additional evidence as last time? Do I just repeat what I said originally in April 2017?
Thank you

You should certainly treat this as a new claim for ESA and complete the form in detail and provide evidence as you can, even if it has been previously submitted.
Whether you can simply copy what you write last time will depend on you qualified for the SG last time, the DWP do regularly update their guidance to assessors, so you need to verify that what you wrote last time is still valid to the criteria.
If you qualified via the Substantial Risk criteria then you need to provide current information as there is no on-going assumption of disability for this.

Thank you. Just looked at assessors report I think it was given because of severe restriction seems likely with incontinence. I am incontinence at the moment. So there has been no change in this. I assume I will meet that descriptor again.
I will fully complete the form again.
