Yes, certainly lessons to be learned. One of the comments throughout the report was that I did not appear anxious or display distress. The assessment at home was some of the problem as well. Too relaxed. Allowed to chat away. lulled into a sense of it will be ok. Report is also inaccurate which is why I complained. I have 16 letters of evidence from cardiologist which was ignored for a condition I have had since 2002 and will have until I die.
