I've complained to Atos about the so-called HP who did my F2F assessment. I'm waiting for a tribunal. Will this document be included by the DWP in the bundle of papers given to the tribunal panel?

No the complaint is a completely separate process from your appeal, however, you can include the information yourself, but there is no value in your doing so unless the complaint is finds in your favour.
