If you are discussing an ill Health Retirement from the Local Authority and Pension, please discuss it properly with Human Resources Dept along with the Union Rep. This is essential to get it sorted properly as I did not do so and am not so lucky. By myself doing it wrongly when I was so ill a number of years ago, deprived me of a correct sum of a Pension and on going help from the L.A so I do not wish others to fall into the trap. Please take good advice.
