pip appeal update was created by deanrxs
its now been over 8 weeks since we heard from the court saying they recieved our scc1 form.
we still have not heard from the DWP so i rang the court friday 27/07/18 asking what was happening and the lady said the court still have not had anything from the DWP so the case has gone back to the judge what does this mean?
Also we have new letter from doctors stating the seriousness of partners epilepsy we have already sent a letter from her consultant with the ssc1 form question is should we send new letter to court now or wait
thanks

The Judge responsible for your appeal will write to the DWP, you will receive a copy, asking them to provide their submission, usually within 28 days.
I would hold off sending any further information until you have the DWP submission, even if you do not intend to provide your own, that way you can deal with any issues the DWP's one raises at the same time.

So as I explained, they will write to the DWP about the missing submission.
