Hi, I'm currently in the support group for ESA and have just received an ESA50 renewal form. Should I have received an ESA1 form to fill in first? It's been a few years since my last claim and am not sure if this has now changed. I find the whole process a bit bewildering. Regards, Jean

An ESA1 is only required when you make a new claim for ESA.
