PIP2 form not reached Mail Handling Site B ? was created by Wolfita
My completed PIP2 form was sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery on 1 August, but at 04:38am 2 August it was listed. "Delivered and Signed NW Midlands Mail Centre"

i.e. not at the DWP's Mail Handling Site B but a nearby Royal Mail depot.
