May I ask please if it would be frowned upon to refer to your own notes when being assessed?
Would they see that as you somehow 'cheating'? I fear I will not be able to answer questions properly.

It's not a problem if you need to refer to your notes but make sure you explain why you are having to do so.

I read on the CAB website that you can refer to your form if you wish to and they encourage you to do that? But I wasn't sure if that would be deemed acceptable.
