Struggling to fill my forms in for pip

Good evening everyone.
My first time posting altho been a member for a while .
The last few weeks all i have done is try so hard to concentrate filling my pip forms in. My hands hurt my brain fog.abd illness is slowing me fown in filling this out. Just the stress of trying to put everything down on paper isnt as easy as it looks .
Im on page 20 of 40 i asked for my two week extention. And was given it .
This runs out this Thursday the 16th of August . Of which im grateful for.
Im sure the man on phone from P.i.p said i could have more extended time on top of that . ( i dont want it ,but may need it )
Does anyone know if this can be done .
I would be most grateful to any advice anyone can give .
