hi gordon a question for you if I may. I am in the esa support group(mental health) and was recently awarded pip 10 points(psychological distress going out). Anyway I hope my upcoming assessment goes as smoothly as my pip one did, but if I am assessed for the wrag and hence need to appeal; once the tribunal service accepts it would I be entitled to get the £62 sdp back whilst appealing or would it he the wrag component kind regards

The SD Premium is paid because you have a PIP Daily Living award so as long as you have an entitlement to ESA(IR), whether that is in the SG or the WRAG, then it is payable.
