I’m wondering if this is normal? I received a letter dated 12/8 stating that the questionnaire has not been received. It was sent on 2/8 and signed for on 3/8. Is this a bad sign?!

Is this for your PIP claim?
Did you use a Tracked post so that you have proof of delivery?
Do you have a copy of the form that you could send again?
I'm afraid it is not usually good news if you cannot show delivery then there is a good chance that the DWP will close your claim.
