Hi all With apologies if this is not in the right place. I have recently had a PIP assessment and following the report, have spoken to the DWP to find that most of the answers to the PIP questions (on separate sheets) are missing (confirmed by a DWP worker) , although the clinic letters etc are all logged but not listed on the AP report. We are going to MR, any advice welcome
The obvious thing is to send the DWP office dealing with your claim a copy of the missing documents as part of your MR.
However, I would not just do this, the assessment report will explain how the Decision was made and you should look at your PIP2, the missing documents and our PIP Claim guide to make sure that you fully addressed the issue raised.
