I recently received my decision which gave me enhanced mobility component and no daily living component. Is this usual?

The obvious question is did you expect to score for the Mobility component and why?

Hi, my reason for asking was that when I was getting DLA I received the middle Care component and the lower Mobility component, therefore I thought if I did get the benefit it would probably be the same, so it was a shock to find I was given the Mobility part alone because I have never heard of anyone getting just that part of PIP which is why I asked here. Thanks

Sorry, you did say care and not mobility.
The PIP criteria are significantly different from the DLA ones, they were also engineered to be a lot stricter than DLA, so a DLA award does not automatically translate into a PIP.

Did you use our PIP Claim guide to help you complete the PIP2?
