Currently claiming ESA support group, PIP and about to receive a student grant. Have been advised to write to the DWP and they make a decision based on its own individual merits. Surely this must be written in some guidelines. Any help on this please

The primary issue is the type of ESA that you receive? If it is Contribution Based ESA then your course and any financing you receive will not be an issue, if you receive any Income Related ESA then you should expect any Student Loan to be deducted from your ESA and if the course is full-time then you can only do the course while you are receiving PIP.
