pip mobility mental illness was created by cw12
hi with pip mobility claims being looked at again I wondered will all claims be reassessed or just ones from a certain date. my pip questionare was sent and received by atos on 2/11/2016. I have read that if you started claiming pip before 28th november 2016 that you claim will not be reviewed is this true. thanks

Yes, the review that the DWP are doing only affects claims made since November 2016, that's when the three-Judge UTT panel made their Decision on the operation of the Going Out activity.
