Submission

HI,
I am a new member and unsure if you can help. I am currently writting a submission for a tribunal, which I have to say wouldn't be half as good if it wasn't for this site!
I have one question which I am hoping you would be able to help me with.
In my submission i was going to state that the reason I am fighting the higher rate mobility part of my PIP award is that I am due to lose my car through n fault of my own ( it is a lease car a due to go back and I am unable to lease another due to going through a DRO) without the use of a car I would loose my job and become housebound as I do not live close to any local transport. Should I put in the subbision that I am due to lose my car. Apologies if I shouldn't be asking this question but I don't know who else to ask.
