Are these falls related to problems that you reported in your original claim form? If they are then it is certainly worth your mentioning them as they show an on-going problem if they are not then you can mention them but don't expect them to be considered, the Tribunal panel can only consider your conditions and limitations as they were when the Decision that has been appealed was made.
