Dr's letter & dwp was created by sweetpea
A few weeks ago I sent a letter from my gp to the tribunal services. who I assume have forwarded it to the dwp. The dwp have said they will "vigorously defend" their decision. Do they have to send a response to both me & the panel before tribunal? It's a very thorough letter detailing both my physical & mental health. I'm hoping it will be taken into consideration at my hearing. Apologies if I'm being a nuisance, this seems to be the only place where members have experience of appeals.

The DWP have to review the letter but they are not required to respond to it unless they are considering a revision of their Decision.
