I'm really scared, a PIP review form came through this morning, can you advise on what evidence I should get from my GP? It says don't just send a support letter so what should I advise my GP to put? They've only given me until Oct 17th and I have a complicated tooth extraction tomorrow and especially didn't need this at this time

It's your decision what yo send with the form or not so ignore what the DWP have said!

The PIP Claim guide has a section on the Review form and discusses your options for completing it and including information with it.

If you need it then it should be possible to request a two-week extension.

I will have a look at the PIP Guide about reviews. I wasn't sure where to find it but thought you'd have info about it somewhere.
