After weeks and more weeks of worry I finally got my ftf for this coming Tue!!!
I rang hcp and told them I was unable to come due to my mh
I rang gp and my gp faxed info to them
I feel so lucky hcp are now doing a paper based assessment
Can I be found fit for work without a Ftf
And also I am in sg risk 35
The question is will I remain in sg
Due to the fact I cannot travel due to mh
Conditions and this is the reason what my gp wrote
And my mental health is at risk ECT
So is it now up to dm
I heard that a 2nd paper based assessment could be sg again

You cannot be found Fit for Work without there being a face to face assessment, the DM can request a F2F be done if they are not happy with the report but I can't remember the last time that this happened.
Your remaining in the SG will depend on the information you have supplied, there is no assumption of on-going disability for Reg. 35 so you need to have provided up to date evidence to support your still meeting this requirement.
Your not being able to attend at their offices is not a Support Group Descriptor, it would only qualify you for the WRAG.
So it is likely that you will remain in the SG but I'm afraid it is not guaranteed.

Dwp already got report!!!
Man on phone said he could not say what was in report but say not fit for work !!
So just a waiting game now to be put back into sg
If not I will fight
