Hi
Do you know how long DWP are taking to action changes in circs these days. I sent in proof of occupational pension increase back in June and had no response. I re sent it in early August recorded delivery this time, still no response ! I am on contribution based so it is factored in to calculate the amount of ESA I should receive. I failed to get through on the phone today .

Also I filled in a review form May 17 - I was actually seriously ill in hospital at the time but my family completed it and sent it off. How do I know how long the award will go for , I can’t see any mention of it on my letters.

All you can do is chase the DWP about the pension increase, did you send the letter using a Tracked post so that you have proof of delivery?

There are considerable delays in the ESA assessment process, some members have waited nine months or more but you don't need to worry about this, ESA is an indefinite award so if you are in the SG then your award will continue in payment until a new Decision is made.
