Upholding Tribunal Decision.

The DWP cannot do this, however, they can as the claimant cab, appeal to the Upper Tribunal if they believe that there has been an Error in the making of the Decision, they cannot do this just because they disagree with the Decision.

Yes, the Tribunal re-makes the Decision appealed so there should be backdating of the award providing there are no other reasons preventing payment.
