Yes, probably. In the medical report, under "description of functional ability" a few things were stated that are not, in fact, true. It said I interact with a shop keeper, buy ready meals and heat these in a microwave. Which of course indicates planning and organisation. And it further said I take out bins weekly.
In fact, I have huge problems with these sorts of sequential tasks. And I didn't say anything about heating meals in a microwave. I don't even own a microwave or oven. Because I can't complete these sequential tasks, I just get sandwiches from a self service place (without any interaction which is a separate problem).
And someone else comes in to do cleaning and bins etc. Which I said at the medical. But was asked if I ever take out bins and I said I had done.
I did the form very slowly mainly by copying the previous one I did in 2012. Although this certainly not something that is repeatable and has actually caused a huge problem.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Larry
You can argue these points with the DWP and if necessary with an appeal panel but this only matters if you can show that you meet the criteria for the SG, either via the Starting and finishing tasks activity or another.

I asked for a mandatory reconsideration and I'm pleased to say that I am now back in the support group.
